Using 0800 numbers where the call cost is FREE to the customer means that more customers will telephone your business! You need to pay the incoming call costs if you choose to use 0800 numbers, because your customers don’t pay for the call. Our low price call charges are invoiced on a monthly basis at

Memorable or Special Numbers – Optional Service
You then need to consider whether you want to secure Memorable or Special Numbers. We will attempt to secure the best possible numbers for you, however, please be aware that this will increase the time taken to process your order – it might take up to 7 working days to confirm save receipt of the numbers you want. It means that the total time taken is therefore likely to be 7-10 working days.
You might think that Memorable Numbers are a ‘must’ for your business, however, the fact remains, customers nowadays don’t remember telephone numbers - they simply dial the number presented to them.
Our advice is – don’t get ‘hung-up’ on such numbers, it can become expensive!
Payment Terms
Payment is by monthly Direct Debit only. Where special or memorable non-geographic numbers have been requested, the premium to secure such numbers is included within the first Direct Debit payment.
If you have chosen to use 0800 numbers, the incoming call costs need to be paid by you. The cost of the incoming calls is invoiced separately on monthly basis where payment is required within 15-days following date of invoice.
