About response2media.com
Q: What does it provide?
A: A weekly response2media.com report that identifies the effectiveness of your advertising and marketing.
Q: What does the response2media.com report look like?
A: To view a sample report, simply request a report by clicking within the ‘View Sample Report’ box above.
Q: How does it work?
A: Depending upon your requirements, we provide you with consecutive non-geographic numbers where you assign each number to a different advert or marketing initiative that you regularly place. We monitor the call volumes of each number where you review the actual response rates via the response2media.com report.
Q: What do I need to pay?
A: The 0845 numbers are FREE. There are no call charges, no set-up fees and no maintenance costs, only a low fixed monthly payment to access your response2media.com report. However, special or memorable 0845 numbers will cost a premium to secure.
Q: Can I use 0800 numbers instead?
A: Yes and the supply of 0800 numbers are FREE too. However, special or memorable 0800 numbers will cost a premium to secure. Although 0800 calls are FREE to the caller, the call charges will need to be paid for by you. Our 0800 call charges are only £0.035p per minute (per second billing applies).
Q: What is meant by Per Second Billing?
A: Some companies will bill you at ‘Per Minute Rates’. This means that if an inbound call takes 20 seconds, you will be charged 1-minute. With response2media.com our ‘Per Second Billing’ means that we only bill you on a per second basis, e.g. three 20-second calls will cost you only £0.035p.
Q: Can I use my existing 0845 or 0800 number?
A: If you have obtained your current non-geographic numbers from BT, Cable & Wireless, NTL or Energis it might be possible to 'port' your existing numbers through our Telecoms provider. We will only be able to determine compatibility upon receipt of more information.
Q: Will I need to upgrade my telephone system?
A: No. Even if you only have the one telephone number, there is no need to upgrade or change your system.

Using response2media.com
Q: How easy is it to access the response2media.com report?
A: Using you username and password, you simply access your personalised response2media.com report at this website where you can choose to print a copy or have it emailed to your inbox for circulation within your company.
Q: Is there anything that I must do each week?
A: Yes. Whilst we will prompt you to update your report each week, you need to remember to update your personalised response2media.com report with:
1) media used for each 0845 number (e.g. Evening Standard, Sunday Mail)
2) cost associated to that particular advert or marketing initiative (e.g. £600)
Q: How often is the report updated?
A: The response2media.com report is updated on a weekly basis.
Q: Can I review response levels over any specific period of time?
A: Each weekly report is saved for your future reference and so you can then compare performance on a week by week basis.
Q: Are previous month’s reports retrievable?
A: Yes. Each week’s report automatically produces a Month End Report where you can review performance over a longer period of time.
Q: Can the data within the report be manipulated?
A: No. The information is factual and the file is in a PDF format, thus preventing anyone manipulating the data. Users are also prevented from updating any previous week’s report. Only the current or 'active' week's report can be updated by the user. As soon as we add the weekly Telecoms data, the report is 'closed' where users cannot then add, delete or change any data within the report.

Security and Reliability
Q: What happens if your systems go down?
A: All our systems have multi redundancy. This means that the information is replicated a number of times, so if one system should falter, or in the case of a serious catastrophe such as fire, another will switch in and take over. You won’t even know it has happened.
Q: How secure is my data?
A: Because of strict data protection legislation rulings, your data is not shared and the response2media.com report is only sent to those individuals that you have instructed us to send it to.
